Returns / Exchange Policy for Web Orders:


    We will happily exchange unused, unwashed, regularly priced merchandise within 2 weeks of delivery. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your order. Southern Cross is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.  Be sure to get tracking on your return package, as we cannot Exchange or Refund items we do not receive.

    • Exchanges are only allowed for size changes only.
    • Exchanges must be for the same product.
    • Custom, personalized or special ordered items may not be returned.
    • All Ultra Performance shirts are custom made for each order. No exchanges are accepted for size, color or design for this product. Please be sure of your size prior to ordering. If you have questions, please contact us at (251) 621-3492.


    Returns will be issued a store credit upon receipt.  You will receive an email providing you with your code to use towards a future order once your return has been received.  We will not issue any cash, credit or debit refunds under any circumstances.  You will receive store credit for the amount of the product purchased minus a 10% restocking fee.  We do not refund any shipping charges, since these are paid to a third party. All returns or exchanges must have been purchased from, if the items were not purchased from our website, they must be returned at the retail location in which they were purchased.

    • Items must be returned in the same condition received. If an item has been worn or washed, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
    • SOUTHERN CROSS APPAREL accepts no responsibility for items damaged by not following the care instructions provided on the apparel label.
    • T-shirts are pre-shrunk, but no returns for shrinkage incurred from drying. Colored products should be washed in cold water with like colors. Raglans, Dolmans, Dresses and Tanks should be hand washed.
    • Color changes may be suggested by SOUTHERN CROSS APPAREL in order to fill your request if you have a time constraint less than 15 days. (For example: item is a gift and you need it in the next few days.) We are happy to go the extra mile to ensure you have your gift in time, but communication is key and are handled on a case by case basis.


    If you received a damaged product in your order, you must contact us within 48 hours in order to receive a replacement. Southern Cross will pay for the shipping charges to correct an order due to an error in fulfillment.


    • Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer in the return of the garment. Sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
    • Please send a check in the amount of $6.99 to cover shipping costs for an exchange for one shirt.
    • If more than one item is being exchanged, we will let you know the amount to include with your return after we receive your email request.
    • Any rush fees for overnight shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If your order is returned to sender because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when checking out WE WILL NOT PAY TO RESHIP your order. Once your order is returned to us you will have the option to cancel the order (less any initial shipping charges) or pay $5 to have it shipped to a different address via standard shipping.
    • We ship using the United States Postal Service. All orders ship within 1 - 3 business days of being received. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays that mail service is closed will ship the following business day.  Tracking information will be sent automatically upon shipping.

    Sale Terms & Exclusions

      • Only one discount code may be applied per order.
      • A discount code or gift card provided in a promotional sale may not be combined with any other sale or offer, past or future, and it may not be applied to any past purchases made prior to the sale's activation.
      • All items purchased from the clearance section or items advertised on our site with a red marked down price are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
      • Discounts can only be taken against product price (subtotal only).
      • Discounts cannot be taken against shipping costs.
      • Price minimum may be required. Please see original sale advertisement for code's individual terms and conditions.

    How to Make a Return:

      • Send an email to
      • In the email please provide your name, shipping address, order number (ex. 81000), reason for the return / exchange and which item(s) that you would like to return / exchange.
      • If damaged, please attach pictures of the damaged merchandise to your email.
      • You can look up the order # by logging into your account at or calling (251)621-3492 to have a member of our staff assist you.
      • After we receive your email, we will provide you further instructions on processing your return / exchange. 
      • Please provide us with the tracking # to ensure that your package arrives at our facility, safely.
      • If additional shipping is required, please include a check with your return.
